SMB Wiki is our internal website dedicated for Smokeberry employees. Each Smokeberry unit (hookah, barmen, cook and manager) has its own profile with separate accounts for every team member. This is our pride - automated learning and controlling system for each employee.
SMB WIKI is full of theoretical information, for example, there a hookah master trainee learn about history of shisha, name and purpose of each shisha part, types of tobacco leaves and so on. What for? Because we want our team to be professional and know everything about the product.

We covered and described all possible work situation and how to react on them and solve problems in our communication scripts, e.g. how to take and order and what to do in force majeure situations. We also developed 5 easy-to-follow sale methods and techniques of increasing average bill.
We automated payroll calculations and developed an "Momentum" system, that shows what is wrong in your bar and where the issue is. It helps to always keep a finger on bar's pulse. Thanks to weekly reports your communication with a manager will be short, sharp and specific - you will know whether your costs are optimal, how sales are going and so on.
